- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horribly rude is Shannon Ellerbee. She goes more outta her way to find why you can’t get insurance, than to help you receive insurance. SHE ACTS LIKE THE “INSURANCE POLICE”! They are just an AGENT!!! (I used another company with no issues...and received my insurance, answering the same questions while giving the same answers without the harassment Shannon was giving me) Upfront I was advised not to deal with the Whiting Group and I went ahead and tried..... regretfully.
